Responsibilities Manage and monitor day-to-day retail operations across assigned stores. Coordinate with store teams to achieve sales and operational targets. Monitor store performance, staffing, inventory, and customer service. Support multi-store, SIS, LFR, and retail operations. Ensure PUMA brand standards, visual merchandising, and store processes are followed. Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with store managers and third-party partners. Support training, team performance, and operational compliance. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in retail operations. Experience managing multiple stores or large-format retail is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills. Good understanding of retail sales, inventory, and store operations. Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
