1. About the Platform

Wanted For Hire is a retail-focused hiring platform based in India. We connect job seekers (candidates) with retail store employers (store owners) through job listings, walk-in recruitment events, and application management tools. These Terms govern your use of our website and all associated services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services.
• Store owners must be legally registered businesses or authorised representatives.
• By using the platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Account Registration

To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete registration details.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your password.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. For Candidates

• You may browse job listings and apply to positions you are genuinely interested in.
• Your resume and profile information will be shared with store owners when you apply.
• You must not submit false or misleading information in your profile or applications.
• Wanted For Hire does not guarantee job placement or interview outcomes.
• We may charge a registration or placement fee for certain services. Fees will be clearly disclosed before payment.

5. For Store Owners

• You may post job openings and access candidate profiles relevant to your listings.
• All job postings must be genuine, lawful, and accurately describe the role, location, and compensation.
• You must not use candidate data obtained through our platform for any purpose other than recruiting for your store.
• Subscription plans govern the number of active listings and features available to you. Plan details are outlined on our pricing page.
• Fraudulent or misleading job postings will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Walk-In Events

Wanted For Hire organises walk-in hiring events at various retail clusters. By registering for an event — whether as a store or a candidate — you agree to attend as confirmed, behave professionally, and follow all event guidelines. No-shows without prior notice may affect your platform standing.

Attendees participate in physical walk-in events at their own risk. Wanted For Hire is not responsible for any personal injury, loss of property, or other harm that may occur at or in connection with a physical event venue.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post spam, fake listings, or misleading content.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or identity theft.
• Share another user's personal data without their consent.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or restrictions.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscription fees for store owners are charged monthly or annually as selected.
• Candidate registration or placement fees, where applicable, are subject to the following refund policy: (a) Full refund if no job application has been submitted. (b) Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the promised service was not delivered. Employer subscription fees are non-refundable.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

9. Payment Processing

All online payments are processed through an RBI-authorised third-party payment gateway. Wanted For Hire does not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers without your explicit permission.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Wanted For Hire platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Wanted For Hire or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific hiring outcomes. We are a marketplace connecting parties — we are not an employer and do not control hiring decisions made by store owners.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanted For Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including loss of employment opportunities or data loss.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
