Counter Salesperson – Bcos Its Silver We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Counter Salesperson to join our retail team in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and understand their requirements. Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers. Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and budget. Handle counter sales and ensure a smooth purchase experience. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the counter is well-organized. Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the store team for smooth operations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience required. Experience in jewellery, silver, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail is preferred. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Confident, presentable, and sales-oriented personality. Strong negotiation and product-selling abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
