Job Description

CSA / Sales Executive Latin Quarters is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and sales-oriented CSA / Sales Executive to join our fashion and lifestyle retail store in Omalur, Salem. The ideal candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, apparel, lifestyle products, or customer service and should be comfortable interacting with customers and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide a friendly and professional shopping experience. Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budget. Assist customers in selecting suitable fashion and lifestyle products. Explain product features, styles, sizes, materials, pricing, and offers. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations. Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally. Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Convert customer enquiries into sales and achieve individual and store sales targets. Follow up with customers when required. Handle billing, POS transactions, payments, and basic sales documentation accurately. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and well organized. Assist with stock checking, product replenishment, and inventory management. Support new product launches, promotional activities, and in-store campaigns. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. Requirements: 1–5 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or customer service. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Good sales, negotiation, and product-presentation abilities. Customer-focused and target-oriented approach. Basic computer and POS/billing knowledge. Good understanding of fashion and lifestyle products is an advantage. Presentable, confident, energetic, and professional personality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn about new products, collections, and promotions. Salary: ₹10,000– ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Shift: Morning Shift Location: Omalur, Salem, Tamil Nadu
