Customer Service Executive Company: Eximo Location: Karuvampalayam, Mangalam Road, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full Time Shift: Morning Shift Experience: Freshers to 2 Years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Job Description We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our retail clothing showroom in Tiruppur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, providing product guidance, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience from entry to purchase. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and understand their clothing and product requirements. Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences, size, style, and budget. Provide accurate information about products, prices, offers, sizes, colours, and availability. Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while interacting with customers. Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently. Support customers during product selection, trial, billing, and purchase processes. Coordinate with the sales and store team to ensure smooth customer service. Maintain proper product display and ensure the showroom is clean and organized. Help with stock arrangement, replenishment, and basic inventory-related activities when required. Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits. Follow company policies, service standards, and showroom procedures. Achieve assigned customer service and sales-support targets. Requirements Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate. Experience: Freshers are welcome; up to 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or showroom sales is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach. Basic knowledge of Tamil; ability to communicate in English is an advantage. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Candidates should be presentable, punctual, and willing to learn.
