Executive Sales Chandra Hyundai is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and target-oriented Executive Sales professional to join their automobile dealership in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in automobile, dealership, or retail sales and should be confident in handling customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide a professional showroom experience. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget. Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, variants, and offers. Conduct vehicle presentations and product demonstrations. Arrange and coordinate test drives for interested customers. Generate new leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, and follow-ups. Convert enquiries and leads into vehicle sales. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers. Achieve individual and dealership sales targets. Handle customer questions, objections, and negotiations professionally. Maintain accurate customer details, sales records, and follow-up reports. Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams. Assist customers throughout the purchase process until vehicle delivery. Build strong customer relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business. Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, offers, and competitor products. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile, dealership, retail, or showroom sales. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Good sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities. Target-oriented and results-driven approach. Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain sales records. Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales. Presentable, confident, energetic, and professional personality. Good knowledge of automobiles and vehicle features is an advantage. Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team. Willingness to follow up with customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Shift: Morning Shift Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
