Fragrance Advisor – verQ We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and passionate Fragrance Advisor to join our retail team in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and understand their fragrance preferences and requirements. Recommend suitable perfumes based on customer preferences, occasions, and budgets. Explain fragrance notes, product features, and brand offerings. Conduct fragrance demonstrations and help customers make informed purchase decisions. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the fragrance counter/store is well-presented. Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent in-store service. Requirements: 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or lifestyle retail. Good knowledge or strong interest in perfumes and fragrances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling and selling skills. Target-oriented and confident in recommending products. Ability to work in a premium retail environment. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for fragrances may also be considered.
