Job Description

Incharge & Billing – Mariappa Nadar (Samsung & Himalaya Wellness Showroom) We are looking for a responsible and organized Showroom Incharge & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day showroom activities, customer billing, cash and digital payments, and daily sales reporting in Madurai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail, showroom operations, billing, or cashiering, with good numerical accuracy, customer-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate daily store activities. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom. Welcome customers and provide professional assistance with their enquiries. Handle customer billing accurately using the POS/billing system. Process cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods. Verify prices, discounts, quantities, invoices, and payment details before completing transactions. Maintain daily cash and billing records and perform end-of-day reconciliation. Prepare daily sales, billing, collection, and transaction reports. Monitor showroom sales and share daily performance updates with management. Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth customer service and billing operations. Assist customers with product and pricing-related queries and direct technical questions to the appropriate team. Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the relevant team regarding stock availability. Ensure products and displays are properly arranged and the showroom remains clean and organized. Handle returns, exchanges, cancellations, and billing corrections according to company policies. Maintain accurate records of invoices, collections, expenses, and other showroom documents. Safeguard cash, billing documents, and other store records. Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales objectives. Ensure company procedures and showroom standards are followed consistently. Requirements Prior experience in retail, showroom operations, billing, cashiering, or store administration preferred. Good knowledge of billing/POS systems. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting. Strong numerical and calculation skills. High attention to detail and billing accuracy. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to handle cash and digital payments responsibly. Organized and capable of managing multiple showroom activities. Honest, reliable, and comfortable taking responsibility for daily operations. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the sales team. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be more than just a cashier—they should be capable of taking ownership of the showroom's daily billing and operational activities. Experience in electronics, consumer products, wellness products, retail stores, or multi-product showrooms will be an added advantage. Employment Details Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Full-time Morning Shift Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
