Part-Time HR Business Partner – Bengaluru

Job Description

Serve as the HR point of contact for a business unit, support performance appraisals, identify learning and development needs, help communicate and apply HR policies, support onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration, and maintain local labour-law compliance. Requires 2–4 years’ HRBP or comparable strategic HR experience, ideally in IT/technology, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration or a related field.
