Retail Operations Executive Praxis Home Retail Limited is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Operations Executive to join its retail team in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This role is suitable for freshers and interns who are interested in retail sales, store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, and willing to learn day-to-day retail operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers on the store floor and provide a friendly shopping experience. Understand customer requirements and assist with product selection. Support daily retail sales and customer service activities. Assist with product stocking, replenishment, and inventory management. Check product availability and maintain proper stock records. Help arrange products neatly and maintain attractive store displays. Support visual merchandising activities and promotional displays. Ensure the store floor is clean, organized, and customer-ready. Assist with product tagging, pricing, and basic store documentation. Support billing and POS-related activities when required. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Help with stock checking and periodic inventory activities. Follow company procedures for customer service and store operations. Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and other in-store activities. Report stock or customer-related issues to the appropriate supervisor. Requirements: Freshers, interns, and candidates with limited retail experience can apply. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Interest in retail sales and store operations. Basic understanding of computers and willingness to learn POS systems. Good organizational and teamwork skills. Energetic, presentable, and customer-friendly personality. Ability to follow instructions and company procedures. Willingness to learn inventory management and visual merchandising. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
