Retail Sales Assistant – Bhima Gold & Diamonds Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full Time | Permanent Shift: Morning Shift Salary: ₹18,500 – ₹25,000 per month Qualification: Minimum 12th / Diploma / UG Degree Job Description We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join the team at Bhima Gold & Diamonds. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and assisting them in selecting suitable jewellery products. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a professional and friendly approach. Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery based on their needs and budget. Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers, and other relevant details clearly. Support customers throughout the purchase process and ensure a positive showroom experience. Maintain attractive and organized product displays. Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance. Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits. Maintain basic sales and customer-related records as required. Follow company standards for customer service, showroom presentation, and sales processes. Requirements Minimum 12th / Diploma / UG Degree. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude. Interest in retail sales, jewellery, and customer service. Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products confidently. Basic knowledge of English and Tamil communication would be beneficial. Freshers can also be considered if they demonstrate good communication and a willingness to learn.
