Retail Sales Assistant Company: Regal Overseas Corporation Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full Time Shift: Morning Shift Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Description We are looking for a customer-friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our women's fashion brand store in Tiruppur. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, achieving sales targets, maintaining attractive product displays, and ensuring the store is well-organized and welcoming at all times. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their fashion and product requirements. Assist customers in selecting suitable clothing and fashion products. Explain product features, sizes, colours, prices, offers, and availability. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Suggest suitable products and promote ongoing offers and new arrivals. Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally. Maintain proper product arrangement and attractive visual displays. Check product availability and coordinate with the store team for stock replenishment. Assist with stock counting, tagging, folding, and organizing merchandise. Keep the sales floor, shelves, racks, and fitting areas clean and organized. Support billing and packing activities when required. Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on new collections. Follow company policies, store procedures, and customer service standards. Requirements Education: 10th / 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate. Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, apparel, or customer service is preferred. Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and approachable personality. Good understanding of basic sales techniques. Ability to work comfortably in a retail/store environment. Good teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of Tamil is required; English communication skills will be an advantage.
