Retail Sales Associate – Premium Fashion Jewellery We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our premium jewellery retail team in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements. Recommend suitable jewellery based on style, occasion, and budget. Explain product details, designs, pricing, and offers clearly. Assist customers throughout the purchase process and provide a premium shopping experience. Achieve daily, monthly, and store-level sales targets. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is well-presented. Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and basic sales documentation. Coordinate with the store team for smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements: 1–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, luxury, cosmetics, watches, fashion, or premium retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-handling and sales-conversion abilities. Pleasant, professional, and well-groomed personality. Passion for fashion, jewellery, and premium products. Target-oriented with a positive and service-focused approach. Previous jewellery sales experience will be an added advantage.
