Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our TAYA showroom in Sowripalayam, Coimbatore. The role involves assisting customers, explaining products, handling showroom sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Freshers are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates residing in Coimbatore will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences. Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and available options. Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales. Achieve assigned individual and showroom sales targets. Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service. Follow up with customers when required to convert pending enquiries into sales. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally. Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and customer-ready. Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment, product tagging, and basic inventory activities. Coordinate with billing and other showroom staff to ensure smooth customer transactions. Stay updated on new products, promotions, and showroom offers. Maintain a professional appearance and follow company policies and showroom standards. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall showroom sales goals. Requirements Freshers are welcome to apply. Any educational qualification is acceptable. Prior experience in retail, showroom sales, customer service, or direct sales is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality. Strong interest in sales and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge is an advantage. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred. Candidates residing in Coimbatore will be preferred.
