The role involves consultative selling, product demonstrations, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities Understand customer needs and recommend suitable hair and beauty products. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide a premium and personalized shopping experience. Handle customer queries and product-related concerns. Maintain product displays and showroom standards. Follow up with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in retail, beauty, hair, luxury sales, or premium customer service. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Strong sales and presentation abilities. Good interest in beauty, hair care, and premium products. Presentable, confident, and target-oriented. Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month, based on experience and skills.
