Retail Sales Executive Vainiyyah is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our apparel and fashion retail store in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 0–4 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, apparel, lifestyle products, or customer service and should be comfortable interacting with customers and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide a friendly and professional shopping experience. Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budget. Assist customers in selecting suitable apparel and fashion products. Explain product features, styles, sizes, materials, pricing, and offers. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs. Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally. Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Convert customer enquiries and walk-ins into sales. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain strong product knowledge of new collections, styles, and promotions. Handle billing, POS transactions, payments, and basic sales documentation accurately. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and well organized. Assist with stock checking, product replenishment, and inventory management. Support promotional activities, new collection launches, and in-store campaigns. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. Requirements: 0–4 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or customer service. Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good sales, negotiation, and product-presentation abilities. Customer-focused and target-oriented approach. Basic computer and POS/billing knowledge is an advantage. Good understanding of fashion and apparel products is preferred. Presentable, confident, energetic, and professional personality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn about new products, collections, and promotions.
