Retail Sales Specialist – DailyObjects DailyObjects is looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Retail Sales Specialist to join our retail team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an excellent in-store customer experience, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and converting walk-in customers into sales. The role also involves maintaining product displays, supporting store operations, and contributing to overall store revenue. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide a friendly, engaging in-store experience. Understand customer needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget. Recommend suitable DailyObjects products based on customer requirements. Explain product features, designs, materials, functionality, pricing, and offers. Demonstrate products and help customers compare different options. Drive individual and store-level sales targets consistently. Convert walk-in customers and enquiries into successful sales. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products. Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain strong knowledge of products, new launches, promotions, and stock availability. Keep product displays attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards. Assist with stock replenishment, product arrangement, tagging, and inventory checks. Support billing, POS transactions, order processing, and other store activities when required. Handle customer questions, feedback, and basic complaints professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly retail environment. Work closely with the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business goals. Share customer feedback and product insights with store management. Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and customer-service standards. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, consumer products, lifestyle retail, fashion, accessories, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer-service and relationship-building abilities. Confident in product presentation, upselling, and sales closing. Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales results. Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products. Good presentation and problem-solving skills. Basic computer and POS knowledge. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible and willing to work according to store requirements. Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
