Sales Advisor – Needle Craft Needle Craft is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our retail team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The Sales Advisor will assist customers in selecting suitable clothing and products, explain product features and pricing, support daily sales activities, and ensure a welcoming and pleasant shopping experience. Candidates with experience in retail, clothing, fashion, boutique, or showroom sales are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences. Assist customers in selecting suitable clothing and products based on their needs, style, and budget. Explain product features, sizes, fabrics, designs, pricing, and available offers. Demonstrate products and help customers compare different options. Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with customers. Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Follow up with customers when required and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and organized. Assist with stock arrangement, product tagging, size availability, and replenishment. Support billing and other showroom activities when required. Handle customer questions and basic complaints professionally. Maintain proper grooming and follow company standards for customer service. Work closely with other sales team members to ensure smooth showroom operations. Requirements Prior experience in retail, clothing, boutique, fashion, or showroom sales is preferred. Freshers with a positive attitude and good communication skills may apply. Good customer-service and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and professional appearance. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Basic knowledge of clothing, fashion, fabrics, or styling is an advantage. Comfortable working towards sales targets. Basic Tamil communication skills; English communication is an advantage. Willingness to learn about products and improve sales skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
