Sales Advisor – H&M We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and fashion-conscious Sales Advisor to join our retail team in Mysuru. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and understand their fashion and product requirements. Provide personalized product recommendations and styling assistance. Explain product features, sizes, pricing, offers, and promotions. Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the shopping journey. Drive sales and contribute to achieving daily and monthly store targets. Maintain attractive product displays and follow visual merchandising standards. Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product organization. Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Support smooth day-to-day store operations and collaborate with the sales team. Requirements: 3–8 years of retail sales experience required. Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or premium retail is preferred. Strong customer service and sales skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences. Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
