Sales Assistant – Siva Surya Jewells Siva Surya Jewells is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our jewellery retail showroom in R.S. Puram, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a genuine interest in helping customers choose jewellery that suits their needs. Freshers are welcome to apply; prior jewellery or retail sales experience will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional showroom experience. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget. Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products. Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing, and available offers clearly. Demonstrate products and help customers compare different designs and options. Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process. Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Assist with product display, showroom presentation, and maintaining an organized sales area. Coordinate with senior sales staff and other showroom team members to ensure smooth customer service. Handle customer questions and requests professionally and escalate issues when required. Follow showroom policies and maintain proper standards of grooming, discipline, and customer interaction. Requirements Freshers can apply. Candidates with experience in jewellery, retail, fashion, luxury goods, or showroom sales are preferred but not mandatory. Good Tamil communication skills; basic English communication is an advantage. Pleasant personality with strong customer-service skills. Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and confidently explain products. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
