Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our two-wheeler showroom in Coimbatore. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features and specifications, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates with previous experience in automobile, two-wheeler, or showroom sales are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their two-wheeler requirements and budget. Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, offers, and finance options. Recommend suitable two-wheelers based on customer needs. Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test rides where applicable. Handle customer enquiries and guide customers through the complete purchase process. Generate leads through showroom enquiries, follow-ups, referrals, and local sales activities. Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales. Achieve individual and monthly showroom sales targets. Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Keep customers informed about booking status, documentation, delivery timelines, and offers. Maintain an organized and professional showroom environment. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on new models, features, pricing, schemes, and competitor offerings. Requirements Previous experience in automobile, two-wheeler, retail, or showroom sales is preferred. Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable interacting with customers. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals. Basic computer knowledge is an advantage. Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team. Candidates residing in or around Coimbatore are preferred. Compensation ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month Full-time Morning shift Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
