Sales Executive Bharath Electronics & Appliances (BEA) is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join its retail team in Coimbatore. The role involves assisting customers with electronics and home-appliance purchases, explaining product features, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, electronics, or appliances are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Assist customers in selecting suitable electronics and home-appliance products. Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, offers, and warranty details. Demonstrate products and help customers compare different models and brands. Answer customer questions and handle objections professionally. Recommend products based on customer needs and budget. Convert walk-in enquiries into successful sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Keep product displays attractive, organized, and properly stocked. Check product availability, pricing, promotional offers, and display information. Assist with billing, order processing, and basic sales documentation when required. Coordinate with store staff and management to ensure smooth customer service. Stay updated on new product launches, features, offers, and competitor products. Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, electronics, appliances, or customer service. Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply. Good knowledge or interest in electronics and home appliances. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Confident product demonstration and presentation abilities. Sales-oriented and target-driven approach. Ability to explain technical product features in simple language. Basic computer/POS knowledge is preferred. Presentable, energetic, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a retail sales team.
