Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our NEXA showroom in Ganapathy, Coimbatore. The role involves assisting customers throughout their car-buying journey, generating and following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations and test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in automobile, showroom, retail, or sales roles will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget. Explain NEXA car models, features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options. Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate customer test drives. Generate new sales leads through showroom enquiries, follow-ups, referrals, and other channels. Follow up with prospective customers through calls, messages, and other communication channels. Convert enquiries and leads into bookings and vehicle sales. Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process. Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience. Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets. Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. Stay updated on vehicle products, new launches, offers, and competitor models. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues when required. Maintain a professional appearance and ensure a high standard of customer service at the showroom. Requirements Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in automobile sales, showroom sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities. Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented approach. Good follow-up and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records. Willingness to learn about automobiles and develop sales skills. Ability to work as part of a team and meet monthly targets.
