Sales Executive (Retail Store) A S Creations is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail store in Perur, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in retail sales and be comfortable assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and converting enquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: Welcome walk-in customers and provide a friendly, professional shopping experience. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget. Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and available options. Demonstrate products and provide accurate information to customers. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Follow up with prospective customers and support sales conversion. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Assist with billing, POS transactions, payments, and order documentation. Check product availability and coordinate with the team regarding customer orders. Assist with stock checking and product replenishment. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized. Support promotional activities and day-to-day retail store operations. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Good sales and product-presentation abilities. Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude. Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge is preferred. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
