Job Description

Sales Officer Harsha Automotive is looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Officer to join its automobile dealership team at LB Nagar, Hyderabad. The role involves assisting showroom visitors, understanding their vehicle requirements, explaining product features and pricing, generating and following up on leads, and converting enquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: Welcome walk-in customers and provide a professional showroom experience. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget. Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, offers, and finance options. Present suitable vehicles based on customer needs. Arrange and support vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Generate new sales leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, follow-ups, and local activities. Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and other approved channels. Handle customer questions and objections professionally. Negotiate with customers within company-approved pricing and offer guidelines. Convert enquiries and leads into bookings and vehicle sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM or sales records. Coordinate with finance, insurance, documentation, and delivery teams when required. Maintain strong relationships with customers and support repeat and referral business. Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, offers, competitors, and market trends. Requirements: Experience in automobile sales, showroom sales, retail sales, or customer-facing sales is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Confident presentation and negotiation abilities. Strong lead follow-up and sales-conversion skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Basic computer/CRM knowledge. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Willingness to work in a showroom environment and interact with customers regularly.
