Sales Representative Agro 4K Urban Gardeners LLP is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Sales Representative to join its team in Neelambur, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 0–1 year of experience in retail showrooms, counter sales, customer service, or a similar role and should be comfortable interacting with customers and supporting sales activities. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide a friendly and professional experience. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and availability. Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions. Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information. Convert walk-in and counter enquiries into sales. Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Assist with billing, POS transactions, payments, and basic sales documentation. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom/counter area is clean and organized. Check product availability and assist with stock replenishment. Support promotional activities, product demonstrations, and sales campaigns. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. Follow company policies and maintain professional customer service standards. Requirements: 0–1 year of experience in retail showrooms, counter sales, customer service, or a related field. Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems and computers is an advantage. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Confident, energetic, presentable, and professional personality. Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to achieve sales targets and support store operations. Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Shift: Morning Shift Location: Neelambur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
