Senior Sales Executive – Retail | Musee Musical Pvt Ltd We are looking for an experienced, target-driven, and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to lead retail sales activities and deliver an exceptional customer experience in Chennai. Key Responsibilities: Drive retail sales and consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Understand customer needs and provide consultative product recommendations. Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business. Handle high-value customer enquiries and guide customers through the complete sales process. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers. Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful sales. Monitor customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain excellent product presentation and showroom standards. Support junior sales staff and share effective sales practices. Prepare and maintain sales reports and track individual/store performance. Requirements: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a premium or specialized retail environment. Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Confident, professional, and customer-oriented personality. Strong product-learning ability and attention to customer requirements.
