Job Description

Senior Sales Executive One Stop Shop is looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join their retail store in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of sales or retail experience and be capable of handling day-to-day in-store operations while driving customer satisfaction and sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide a friendly and professional shopping experience. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Handle in-store sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets. Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers. Handle customer enquiries, objections, and concerns professionally. Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. Convert walk-in customers and enquiries into successful sales. Support daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the showroom. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized. Monitor product availability and assist with stock checking and replenishment. Handle billing, POS transactions, payments, and basic sales documentation. Coordinate with team members to meet store-level sales and operational goals. Support promotional activities, offers, and new product launches. Guide junior sales staff and help maintain high customer service standards. Prepare or assist with basic sales reports and communicate store requirements to management. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets. Good product presentation and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of retail store operations. Basic computer, POS, and billing knowledge. Ability to handle customers confidently and professionally. Good leadership and team coordination skills. Target-oriented, energetic, and responsible approach to work.
