Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Showroom In-charge to manage the day-to-day activities of our TAYA showroom in Sowripalayam, Coimbatore. The role involves handling showroom sales, supporting customers, coordinating the sales team, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Candidates with prior experience in retail, showroom sales, customer service, or store operations are preferred. Candidates residing in Coimbatore will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the showroom. Manage showroom sales activities and support the team in achieving sales targets. Welcome customers and understand their requirements. Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers. Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Follow up with customers and help convert enquiries into sales. Monitor daily sales, customer enquiries, and team performance. Ensure products are properly displayed, arranged, and replenished. Coordinate stock movement, product availability, and basic inventory activities. Ensure billing and customer transactions are handled accurately. Coordinate with delivery and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Maintain daily sales and showroom activity records and report important updates to management. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and ready for customers. Guide and support showroom sales staff to maintain good customer service standards. Ensure company policies, showroom procedures, and operational standards are followed. Requirements Prior experience in retail sales, showroom operations, store management, or customer service is preferred. Experience supervising or coordinating a small sales team is an advantage. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Confident and responsible approach to showroom operations. Basic knowledge of sales, billing, inventory, and customer follow-up. Ability to motivate and support team members. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Basic computer knowledge. Target-oriented and willing to take ownership of showroom performance. Candidates residing in Coimbatore will be preferred. Immediate joiners are encouraged to apply.
