Store Manager – J Traders VKC J Traders VKC is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our footwear showroom in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in footwear, retail, showroom, or store management and be confident in handling sales, staff supervision, billing, cash management, inventory, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the footwear showroom and ensure smooth store functioning. Lead, supervise, and motivate sales staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Assist customers in selecting suitable footwear and ensure a positive shopping experience. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve store sales. Handle billing, cash collection, cash reconciliation, and basic daily financial records. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock availability, movement, and replenishment. Coordinate stock receiving, display, storage, and regular stock checks. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, well-presented, and follows company standards. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Prepare and maintain daily sales, stock, and store-operation reports. Ensure staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and adherence to store policies. Coordinate with management regarding sales, inventory, staffing, and operational requirements. Requirements Previous experience as a Store Manager, Showroom Manager, Retail Supervisor, or similar role. Experience in footwear or retail showroom management is preferred. Good knowledge of sales, billing, cash handling, and inventory management. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS systems. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for store operations. Candidates who are target-oriented, organized, and customer-focused are preferred.
