Store Manager Company: Burgundy Brand Collective Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Job Type: Full Time | Morning Shift Experience: 5–8 Years Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month Job Description We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, drive sales, manage the store team, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, sales, cash, and inventory. Lead, train, and motivate the store team. Achieve sales and business targets. Monitor stock levels, stock movement, and inventory accuracy. Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated concerns. Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand standards. Monitor staff performance and store KPIs. Prepare sales and operational reports for management. Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and compliance with company procedures. Requirements 5–8 years of relevant retail store management experience. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Experience in sales, inventory, cash, and store operations. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Target-oriented and commercially focused. Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000/month, based on experience and skills.
